- Do not leave without information or make them so extensive, the suggested proportion is 40% text
- Clarify all possible forms of communication
- Do not insert everything in the same design, the suggestion is that the contact information is sent to us apart from the design
Remember that if an email is opened from a mobile, it must be responsive if you congest a design with a lot of information, it is too small to see, for this reason DO NOT insert the contact data in the design
